Shipping Policy

We want your Aura Aligned candle to arrive safely and on time. Here's how shipping works:

Processing time — orders are handled with care and ship within 3 business days of purchase. During high-volume seasons (like fall launches), please allow up to 5 business days.

Shipping rates — Standard shipping is $8 (3–7 business days) or free on orders over $75. Express shipping is $15 (2–3 business days).

Delivery time — delivery windows above start once your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.

Where we ship — currently we ship within the U.S. only.

Damaged in transit — if your order arrives damaged, contact hello@shopauraaligned.com within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right.
