Processing Time

All Aura Aligned products are handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. During launches, holidays, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Policy

Aura Aligned currently ships within the United States.

Shipping times vary based on the carrier selected at checkout. Once an order has shipped, Aura Aligned is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or transit issues.

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Aura Aligned is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused. You are responsible for return shipping costs; once we receive the returned item, we will send your exchange.

Damaged or defective items are replaced at no cost to you — just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.

Used or lit candles cannot be returned or exchanged, for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We do not offer cash refunds; approved returns are processed as exchanges.

Candle Safety Disclaimer

Please follow all candle care and safety instructions provided with your order.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials. Aura Aligned is not responsible for misuse of products or failure to follow proper candle safety practices.

Natural Product Disclaimer

Aura Aligned products are made with natural and organic ingredients. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur from batch to batch. These natural differences do not affect product quality.

Allergy Disclaimer

Please review ingredient information carefully before use. Aura Aligned is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to ingredients. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Aura Aligned is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
