Processing Time
All Aura Aligned products are handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. During launches, holidays, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Policy
Aura Aligned currently ships within the United States.
Shipping times vary based on the carrier selected at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, Aura Aligned is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or transit issues.
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Aura Aligned is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
However, your experience matters deeply to us. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.
Candle Safety Disclaimer
Please follow all candle care and safety instructions provided with your order.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials. Aura Aligned is not responsible for misuse of products or failure to follow proper candle safety practices.
Natural Product Disclaimer
Aura Aligned products are made with natural and organic ingredients. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur from batch to batch. These natural differences do not affect product quality.

Please review ingredient information carefully before use. Aura Aligned is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to ingredients. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Aura Aligned is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
