Candle Care
How do I properly care for my candle?
Before each burn, trim your wick to about ¼ inch. Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during your first burn to prevent tunneling. Burn your candle on a stable, heat-safe surface and avoid drafts for the best experience.
How long should I burn my candle each time?
We recommend burning your candle for 2–4 hours at a time. This helps maintain an even melt pool and extends the life of your candle.
Why is my candle tunneling?
Tunneling can happen if the candle isn’t burned long enough during the first few uses. To fix it, allow the wax to fully melt across the top on your next burn. Consistent, longer burns help reset the candle.
Why does my candle look slightly different from others?
Each candle is hand-poured in small batches, so slight variations in appearance are completely normal. These little differences are part of what make each piece unique.

What is the seed paper dust cover?
Our signature collection includes dust covers made from seed paper. Instead of throwing it away, you can plant it and grow something new—turning a simple moment into a small act of renewal.
How do I plant the seed paper?
Place the paper under a thin layer of soil, water it gently, and keep it in sunlight. With a little care and patience, it will begin to grow.
Can I reuse my candle vessel?
Yes. Once your candle is finished, you can clean out the vessel and repurpose it however you’d like—whether that’s for storage, plants, or something meaningful to you.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Because everything is made in small batches, we take a little extra care to ensure quality before it reaches you.
