Shipping

Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. During high-volume seasons (like fall launches), please allow up to 5 business days. We're a small, hands-on operation, so every candle is packed with care before it heads out.

Shipping cost: Free shipping on all orders $75 and over. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $8.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

Damaged or defective items: If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace it at no cost to you. A photo of the damaged item helps us process this quickly.

Change of mind / wrong scent, etc.: We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused. Customer covers return shipping; once we receive the item, we'll send your exchange.

What we don't accept: Used or lit candles cannot be returned or exchanged, for hygiene and safety reasons — this applies to all orders unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
