Refund policy

We want you to love your Aura Aligned candle. Here's how exchanges work: Damaged or defective items — contact hello@shopauraaligned.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo; we'll replace it free. Exchanges — accepted within 30 days of delivery if unused; you cover return shipping, we send your exchange once we receive the item. What we don't accept — used or lit candles, for hygiene/safety reasons, unless damaged or defective. We don't offer cash refunds; approved returns are processed as exchanges.
