A two-minute healing ritual

"I am worth healing."

  1. Light it and name it.Say, out loud or in your head, one thing you're carrying today. Just name it.
  2. Read your affirmation.Say "I am worth healing" slowly, three times. Let your shoulders drop on the last one.
  3. Write one line.Finish this sentence in a journal or your notes app: "Today, healing looks like…"

A note from Nelle

I made this blend for the season when grief was the loudest thing in my life. Back then, even finding healing rituals and the right supplies felt hard. I wanted it to be easy, so I made it easy. Light it on the hard days. You don't have to be finished healing to deserve softness.

Start with the Mood Melts if you want to fall in love with the scent first. Choose the Affirmation Candle if you want a daily ritual.

What's it made of?

Candles are a coconut soy wax blend and melts are 100% soy, both with phthalate-free fragrance oils, hand-poured in small batches. See Ingredients & Transparency.

Is it a good gift?
